Cancellation & Exchange Policy
All sales orders are final. However, you may choose to cancel your order for any reason after the order is submitted, subject to the following conditions.
If your order has not been shipped
We will refund you your purchase amount less an administration fee of $2.35 (incl GST) in Product Credit against your next order.
If your order has been shipped
If you have received a tracking number, your order has been shipped. We will refund you your purchase amount less a restocking fee of $9.70 (incl GST) in Product Credit against your next order.
Refund process after the order is cancelled
Your Product Credit will be processed within 5 working days. You will be informed by email that the refund process has been initiated. The product credit has an expiry of 12 months.
I want to add an item(s) to an earlier order I have submitted
If your order has not been shipped, we will gladly add the item(s) to your existing order, free of charge. Simply Email us at email@example.com with your instructions.
We do not accept cancellations of selected items within an order. The order has to be cancelled (administration fee of $2.35 applicable) and a new order has to be made.
This Policy may be revised periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our business operations and practices.
I would like to do a refund of my items bought on your Online Store?
Here are some things to note:
- It must be within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with the sales invoice.
- For orders outside of Singapore, please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost for return.
